Erstmal müssen wir euch auf später vertrösten, bis wir unser neues design der homepage fertig haben. Zur zeit geht es hier noch ein wenig drunter und drüber mit den sprachen 
Ich möchte jetzt aber mal auf die neue To do sektion hinweisen. Ihr erreicht sie hier:

Dort gibt es einmal die aktuellen to do listen von jedem client und entwickler. So könnt ihr immer sehen, wie weit wir sind und was noch fehlt. In die bugreport sektion können zwar nur wir momentan schreiben, aber ich werde jetzt gleich auch mal im forum einen entsprechenden thread aufmachen, wo drin steht, wie wir die bugreports gerne hätten.
Desweiteren kann man sich da von jedem client die neuste compilierte version runterladen. Da garantieren wir natürlich für nichts, aber bei interesse könnt ihr das immer gerne runterladen.

A new version of the standard client is available: dev9
A detailed change log can be found in the dev blog thread in the forum. Here are the most important changes:
Except for filetransfers, every protocol feature is now supported. The commands /ignore, /unignore and /status are back. While I'm still missing the formated text feature, the standard client requests from other clients to send plain text. This is a new protocol feature that alias5000 and I implemented.
Sorry for the long delay, but I had very little time in the last 2 months or so. But you can be sure: we are still working on lanchat2! alias5000 and I met last week at my home and discussed about the future of lanchat2 and some design philisophies and so on.
So, stay tuned, as I hope that there will be some more news in the near future.

| LanChat2 Forum wird eigenständig [Update] |

Das Lanchat2 Forum bekommt seine eigene Anbindung und wird nun eigenständig.
Daraus erfolgt, das es heute zu kleineren Ausfällen kommen kann.

Die Eigenständigkeit des Forums klappte ohne weitere Zwischenfälle.

Es wird in den nächsten Wochen oder Monaten ein komplett neues Homepagelayout geben. Wie dies genau aussehen wird, werde ich bei gegebener Zeit nocheinmal zeigen. Damit verbunden ist auch ein Wechsel der gesamten Sprache auf Deutsch.

| LanChat2 Standard dev 7 (+ New Boardlanguage) |

Hello everybody!
The current dev version of LanChat2 Standard is so stable that I decided to write a news for it.
If you just want to chat on your lan party, LC2 Standard dev7 is stable enough for it. Allthough some features like PMs and Filetransfers are not implemented yet, the rest of the program works even better.
So dont hesitate, download LanChat2 Standard dev7 right now!
Edit: New Language in the LanChat2 Forum!
We decided to change the primary forum language to german. Dont hesitate to write an english post, at least we, the developers, will read and answer it.
Neue Sprache in den LanChat2-Foren!
Wir haben uns entschieden, die Forensprache zu Deutsch zu wechseln. Natürlich kann auch weiterhin auf englisch gepostet werden, wir (zumindest die Entwickler) werden es dann beantworten.

What is new in these days?
Yes: [LanChat2 1.6] TBX 1.1 Pre-Alpha 3 !
Generally there are the most features included, except of the two big points (PM-Sessions and filetransfers). For now I think that it is stable enough that you can use it at home or somewhere else.
Don't hesitate to download it now!

I think you could be hungry of some news, what I am doing all that time  ?
Here it is: [LanChat2 1.6] TBX 1.1 Pre-Alpha 1
Some words to working features, missing stuff, etc.:
Support for older Clients (LCMP 1.5 or less) is nearly completed, I'm at testing (some bugs are known)
Support of newer protocol (LCMP 1.6) is not implemented very good. My Client can send LCMP 1.6 commands, but retrieving them makes some problems
the options Dialog isn't finished (it's only a feature preview)
sorry for non-germans: I've only included a german languagefile, so some messages are in german, but the main part is still in english, because it isn't translated at the moment
some other things.... (I hope I've nothing forgotten in About-Dialog or so...)
Please do one thing, when you start the client the first time: execute the wizard, because if you don't do it, there are some problems with the languagefile...
